Jim is the idea relator. Not only did he find us out dream house 2xs, he worked very hard to make happen. He was always available to take our phone calls and go the extea mile. He answered all of the many questions we had (and there were a lot) never losing patients and in a pleasant manner. For example we lived in OR and needed supplies and furniture delivered to the house before we got there. As a personal favor Jim waited in the heat for the deliveries and even brought them inside the house him self!!! He did this after closing so you can count on him to be there throughthe entire proccess and then some!! Not many people would do that and he went above and beyond to make our transition as smooth as possible. Jim, you were truly a pleasure to work with and i highly recommend him to anyone else looking to buy or sell a house. You cant pick a better choice!!! He even left us a welcome gift basket!! We were pleasantly surprised to find Jim via Zillow. Jim was great from the start. He was very communicative and knowledgeable about the area. He spent time with us looking at several properties and helping us pin point exactly where we needed to purchase. He scheduled appointments to see properties when they FIRST listed and help us continue our search when a property didn't work out.
